Brag away, in the 'How We Decolonise' section!
How are you Decolonising Collaborations? Tell us!
Thank you for considering sharing your expertise. This is a modesty-free zone; so feel free to humble brag! We’re here to celebrate your efforts!
For us, colonisation is not only about race.
Colonisation also appropriates physical and resource-producing spaces for inequitable use and the profit of a few. We aim to contribute to decolonisation efforts by curating narratives that help rebalance the labour, funding, technology and academia-based power asymmetries in collaboration. We would therefore like to ask you to share any best practices you are implementing or trying to implement, towards achieving equitable collaborations.
Feel free to highlight your great efforts, and any lessons learned, as this may be a source of inspiration or networking with like-minded grant coordinators, non-profits or investigative networks like yours.
If you have had challenges in your decolonisation journey? We’d like to hear about that as much as possible, because other readers may have already progressed on solving the same challenges, and we can learn from each other.
We are particularly interested in specific examples and solutions to help other stakeholders, as well as numbers showing impact. You can also attach links to examples or stories, etc.
